10 minutes after leaving Mom & Dad's house something broke in door of the Audi which would not allow us to roll up the window. Dad and Isaac were able to wedge the window closed and we made the 12 hour trip home without a problem.
When we got home we took off the door panel and took out the window. (We found a post on an Audi forum that told us step by step how to do this) The part that broke was the white honeycomb piece that holds the yellow clips.
Of course you cannot buy just the white part, you have to buy an entire window regulator kit. So 150 dollars later...
We fixed it! We didn't even break any of those plastic clips that hold the door panel on! The entire project only took a few hours. I think this is our most successful car project to date. (Zeke is "smiling". I have to ask him to show me his teeth - which is is pointing at.)
