Around the house

Isaac cut a planter in the back patio for our Valencia Orange tree. In the background you can see the lemon (on right) and grapefruit (on left). Mom, I need that juicer!
Thought it was interesting how the dew drops all collected on the edges of the radish leaves...

Satsuma tangerine tree...with weeds sprouting all around it.

Isaac is getting ready to pour a little concrete at the corner of the driveway.

Fresh strawberries in the middle of November - gotta love SoCal.

Zeke has mastered crawling and seems to be moving on to walking. I see why some parents buy their children helmets now...Zeke falls down a million times a day. Makes me glad we have carpet in most of the house.

Diaper changes have become much more challenging lately...

Pilgrim Festival

Went to the Pilgrim Festival in Claremont last week with the sisters-in-law and the kids. Isaac stopped by to see us.

Hello Everyone!

Santa Ana's

Jones and Buddy

Santa Ana winds have started blowing - the air was so clear we went for a hike in Chino Hills State Park.

Happy Halloween

I'm a turtle!
Zeke crawled for about 10 seconds then tried to roll over to rest...the shell was making it difficult to do that - perhaps I should keep that shell on to encourage crawling!

Isaac turned him into a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle.

Candy! Zeke chewed on several wrappers before getting bored and moving back to his current favorite toy - Daddy's flashlight.

Zeke had a stare down contest with Daniel. (Brianna's boyfriend)

Zeke, sitting on Papa the Pumpkin.

Look what I can do!

Zeke has figured out how to pull himself up to standing in his crib! He is very proud of himself. I found him clutching the siderail and yelling for me at 2am one morning- he had gotten up but couldn't get back down. I let Zeke show off his skills - he "walked" himself all the way along one side...then dropped all of his toys out of the crib one by one. Fun is over now, Isaac lowered the mattress.
