Seattle, Part 1

 Me and Anneleise (college roommate) visiting the Seattle Public Library designed by famous architect Rem Koolhaus. 

 The exterior walls are not perpendicular so inside you get really interesting spaces.

 I thought it was a really fun building.  Would have hated to actually have to draw it up though.

 Visited Pike Place Market

 Look at how carefree we are - no baby to push through the crowds in a stroller! Thank you again Cathy, Brianna, Marina, Yolanda, Leonard and everyone else who helped watch him while we are enjoying ourselves!

 He is following us!  We saw this moving sculpture in Frankfurt five years ago. 

You can take a girl out of Oregon but she still loves her trees.

Grandma & Grandpa Took Us to the Zoo!

 Zeke wasn't too impressed by Flamingo's or any other animal really...

 Except the wooden ones. The carousel was Zeke's favorite park of the Zoo.

 Isaac bought Zeke magic candles - they relite after you blow them out. 

 Mini tart "cakes".  We had plenty of sugar yesterday at Olivia's party...so Zeke had these mini tartes and everybody else was served fruit salad with whip cream.

 By far, Zeke's favorite gifts were the big truck from his Godfather David

and the Scooter from Marina.  I literally have had to pry his fingers from the handle to get him off of it!
